We are always looking to add to the team and are always on the look for bright, hard working, go-getter types who want to be apart of something special! This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door in a really fun industry with a great company. Lots of on the job training for the qualified applicants, and for those that have RV’s or similar the ability to stay on the property seasonally for cheap!
Positions that we hire seasonally; Fishing Guides, Camp Hosts, Retail Sales
While we are forecasting to have a good returning crew from this last season. We most likely will be adding one or two people to the team for the 26 season. Ideal hires can help out with more than one aspect of our operation. Fly fishing experience is a must, but added experience guiding, working in retail, food service, & lodging and hospitality are all pluses.
If one or all of these positions appeal to you…awesome! Typical hires wear more than one hat with us. And can be offered full time seasonal jobs because of their ability to help with more than one aspect of the operation. For example if you want to get into guiding but have limited experience, we start you in the shop, where you can get some hands on training helping with classes and daily operations. Or when not guiding work the shop to fill out the work week.
Perks of the job Include; Valuable on the Job training, great tips and wages, equipment and shop discounts, discounted and/or free camping. (Full time, seasonal staff can stay onsite for free. Though you need to provide your own camper or RV.) Work out side in a gorgeous work environment! In a family type work atmosphere with a chance to be part of a great community!
